Jim came to United Mailing Service back in September of 1991, the day after he moved to Charlotte from his hometown of Buffalo, NY. His career began in shipping/receiving, once there his skills helped to revitalize and streamline the departments. Over the next several years, he was educated in various departments, thus giving him a thorough understanding of the behind-the-scenes production environment that is essential in the direct mail industry. In 1999, he became the Executive Vice President and then accepted the position of President in the beginning of 2008, a position he still holds today. Now with 26 years of experience in direct marketing and overseeing the change, growth and development from the only company he has worked for in the state of NC, he remains dedicated to continuing that progress. Jim recognizes that any improvement within the organization would not be possible without the support of his entire team.
